A useful detail: say what is included, what is optional and who provides the artwork or materials.
The planned workflow lets you choose providers suited to the trade and location, then invite them to quote on one shared brief.
Keep it relevant: a considered invitation is more useful than a request sent to everyone.
Price is one part of the decision. The comparison we’re building brings timing, scope and exclusions into the same view.
Read the difference: the lower example quote excludes removal of the existing sign.
